Stroller Strides
I am loving my stroller workout class and got my friend Kat to go with me! I have just been going on Fridays and when the weather is nice its fun to stay after and sit in the sun. Here is Kat's son- who is 11 months and Easton hanging out after class......

I wish I knew about Stroller Strides when Hayden was younger. I see them all running around and it looks like a killer work out! Good for you and Kat!
